You will receive a written scope of your project, a basic timeline, and whatever open questions remain for you to decide on before we can begin can be discussed before and during installation.

You should have your systems serviced right before each cooling and heating season starts. We realize everyone is busy so when you think of it give us a call and get your annual service scheduled.

Add some attic ventilation! This will reduce moisture and lower your cooling costs. Also fill gaps and cracks around your homes windows  doors and walls. If you can, insulation will do wonders wherever you can reach, get it in there!

 Sure you can, and if you choose to, work with a local licensed HVAC contractor to do the final inspection and release the refrigerant or you run the risk of voiding the manufacturer warranty. There could be fines associated with releasing the refrigerant  without a license. National and local building codes must always be followed.
